World Distiller of the Year is a title that any distillery would be proud of, but for Ireland's only independent Distillery it was a testament to how far they've come since inception in 1987. Guided tours can be taken around the distillery and the tour guide will give you a glimpse into every aspect of the distilling process, followed by a tasting of the fine malt and grain whiskeys that are produce of the working distillery and a chance to buy a few bottles of local history. Information on the tours are available from reception and we can arrange transport to suit your group size.
